Cardy is a personal fitness and goal tracking app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Account information: username you choose when creating an account.
• Fitness data: goals, actions, experiments, and sprint records you create in the app.
• Device information: we do not collect device identifiers or advertising IDs.
• Usage data: we do not use third-party analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To sync your cards and sprints across devices when you are signed in.
• To provide cloud backup of your data.
• We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your fitness data for advertising.

Data Storage

Your cards and goals are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. If you create an account, a copy is securely stored on our servers to enable sync. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we use them to send daily workout reminders. You can disable these at any time in your device's Settings app or within Cardy's Settings screen.

Data Retention

If you use the app without an account, all data lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app. If you have an account, you can request deletion by contacting us.

Children

Cardy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice.
